Good news : I haven't tilted. Only bad luck (is this really good news ?)
Poker is so tough right now, I wonder when I will be back on a winning track.
I don't want to take a break because I know that this will make me tilt much more if I keep running bad when I get back to the tables.
Only one solution : keep playing and KEEP CALM ! Luck should one day reappear...
Remember : Poker is a long long long long term game...

Change ta routine, essaye autre chose quelque temps style du HU, des sit&gos, etc... Quelques jours le temps de rompre un peu la routine et d'oublier les mauvaises habitudes. Viens t'amuser un peu sur EVP aussi ça te redonnera le sourire.
