May results - June objectives

May results

- Play a lot :)
Managed to play more than 50K hands. So I can say that this objective was achieved
- Winrate > 3BB/100
Didn't achived that one : only 1.5BB/100 for the month
- Be rolled for NL400
Not really. I could obviously take some shots @ NL400 but I don't feel enough confident with my game for the moment.














June objectives

- Get a decent winrate > 3BB/100
If I can avoid some 10-15 BIs downswing as I'm used to run each month it should not be so difficult
- Be rolled for NL400

Swingy week

Haven't posted since last saurtday, actually haven't played that much. 2 main reasons :
1. Was playing and running bad
2. Lot of family time
I played a little more than 7K hands, for a small profit +500$. Not so bad as I was down -1000$ few days ago.














Had a bunch of hands to show you, but something weird is at the moment happening with pokerhand. Hope it will be back soon, otherwise I will have to find another way to show my hands.

Poor plays, need a break

Haven't played well for the past 4 days, and I will take a 2-3 days break to profit of the return of my family. May won't be as good as I thought, but actually I'm still positive for the month so that's not so bad. However, expet if I run a very good run till the end of the month I don't plan playing NL400 in June. I really want to make a 4BB/100 average month before going up (and it obviously won't be the case this month)

Running pretty well, just over 4BB/100 for +1525$. Not bad since I would be glad to keep a 4BB/100 winrate over the longterm.

Why do I play poker ? Maybe because it's so intense emotionnaly :)
2 days ago I was facing my worstdownswing, was playing bad, and people were sucking me out.
Yesterday I had up and down, starting nice my session with +6Bis before dropping 3 BIs just at the end. Actually I was ready to make a small break as I did some weaks ago.
And today... well today everything went well, no bad beat, nice set-ups, nice fishes. My big hands got paid. I Finished my sessions up +2000$ with an amazing start (+1300$ for just 440 hands)














A few hands, don't have many comments. As I was running bad since several days I did'nt think to much about making tricks. I played my hands very agressively and it worked.

I have tons of hands like last one. Sure I had some bad beat and nice suck outs, but I really can't blame Mrs. Luck for my bad run. I'm for the moment just playing bad !

Downswing - On tilt !

I don't want to talk a lot about my play since saturday. Totally horrible ! Got sucked many times but i missplayed most of the hands I played since 2 days.
Wasted all the good results of the beginning of the month. Sad :(

First day without wife & kid

Nice start for my "pokerathon". Managed to play 2K mains tonight and did very well with +11.6BB/100 and a nice profit of +1001$














Players seemed very loose to night. Hope they will keep this playing all the week-end :)

2 hands before, I made quite the same play against this player. I raised PF, then CB on dry flop, my opponent raise my CB and I reraised him. He folded.
This time I had the feeling he was really annoyed by my play and was trying to make a move on me. saying "stop messing with me"

Was very happy to win that hand and I think I actually played it bas regarding the stats of the other player (never bluff a calling station)

Hum... Don't remember the context with the other player.
But I remember I got stacked bad ;)

I got also stacked for 300$ with 99 that I played really poorly at the button. I waited the turn that was a K to fire big, and was against AK.
I lost many small pots during this night but I think this helped me building a nice fishy image to help me winning big pots.

Running +8.00BB/100 for the 3K first hands. But actually I could be much lower if I didn't suck out a big stack.

I used all my timer for that call. Reviewing this hand now that was quite an easy call
Sets or dp certainly had raised before and I don't see my opponent making such an overbet with AK.

Well, not very proud of that :)
I wasted all my winnings playing NL400 on the last day of the month. In fact I'm not sure that was a so bad idea since I was not on tilt. The problem is that I played really poorly, ended down 13BB/100 for 1K main. But actually this limit doesn't seem much harder than the 1/2, so I'm quite confident for setting my self in NL400 in few months, even in June if May goes well :)















May Objectives :

- Play a lot :)
Wife & Kid leave the house from 4th to 18th may for some vacations. I have nothing planned during those days so I should be able to play many hours before their return
- Winrate > 3BB/100
I won't try to set up myself in NL400 if I can't keep such winrate on a longterm
- Be rolled for NL400
Need a 4000$ month. Should be ok if I don't mess...
