April objectives

So last 2 months I set cash money objectives. I obviously failed both times
Therefore, objectives this month will be more about "quality goals", 2 of them direct related to poker, 2 others about health :

1. Stop immediately the session when I feel tilting or close to
2. Don't play poker when I feel too tired
3. Go to the gym at least 3 times per week
4. Quit smoking

I already went to the gym last monday and had a 1 hour coaching session. That was great and even if my body feels pretty destroyed since that day, I feel overall much better. The coach gave me some exercices schedules for 1 month and a half before we meet again.

I think goals 1. & 4. will be the toughest to achieve but I guess 1. will be the one who will improve the most my poker winrate, and 4. will increase my life winrate ;)

Last post was a joke as we are used to do every 1st of April each year ;)
