April Results - May Objectives

I close my month tonight beacause I don't thnik I will be able to play tomorrow since I'll have to prepare all my stuff for vacations and I'll need to rest in order to drive at night (when kid is sleeping :) )

April Results

Objectives reminder :
1. Stop immediately the session when I feel tilting or close to OK
2. Don't play poker when I feel too tired OK

3. Go to the gym at least 3 times per week OK
4. Quit smoking OK


I'm really proud of accomplishing last one. I still feel some "cigaret needs" after big meals and while drinking alcohol but it's not as big deal as it was few weeks ago. I really think I'm on the good way and working 3 days at gym help me very much.

Regarding cash results, I finish just bellow +8K$. COmparing to march that's obviously a great result but I'm still disappointed because in term of BB/100 that's nothing really great : 57K hands for NL400 for +2.18BB/100





May Objectives

I really like the way I handled objectives last month so here are the new ones :

1. Take 5 days holidays :)
2. New 3 BI stop loss : stop playing poker for the day after loosing 3 BIs
2. Stop playing for minimum 1 hour after making a bad play
3. Keep going 3 times a week to the gym
