Sick month

Humm, i said I would take a break. But somehow I decided to not accompish any objective this month so I didn't success taking it...
Results : still going down and I'm at -3K$ for the month (worst month until now was a -1K$...)
Last week is obvioulsy the worst I've seen so far. But as we say : that's poker
